Shipping
At this time we are shipping to all countries in Europe. Outside Europe we ship to the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil and selected other countries.
All orders are shipped from Germany.
European orders from the countries Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary:
Standard delivery ships via DHL without charge and usually arrives within 2 to 7 business days.
Express delivery ships via DHL Express (20,00 €) and usually arrives within 2 to 5 business days.
European orders from the countries Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Iceland, Croatia, Malta, Macedonia, Monaco, Montenegro, Norway, Switzerland, Serbia, Moldova, Greece, Cyprus:
Standard delivery ships via DHL (15,00 €) arrives within 3 to 10 business days.
Express delivery ships via DHL Express (25,00 €) and usually arrives within 2 to 5 business days.
International orders outside Europe:
Standard delivery ships via DHL (30,00 €). Delivery times depend on your country of destination.
Express delivery ships via DHL Express (60,00 €). Delivery times depend on your country of destination.
Every order will be processed as quickly as possible and will be shipped out within 3 business days.
Processing times do not include weekends or German federal holidays. We do not offer Saturday delivery.

Return & Refunds
German orders:
casa nata offers free return shipping and will accept returns within 14 days of the receipt of your order.
Please inform us of your intention to return by sending an email to customercare@casa-nata.com. We will send you an RAN# (Return authorization number) and a prepaid return shipping label. All returned orders must include a copy of your invoice with the RAN# noted on it.
European orders:
casa nata will accept returns within 14 days of the receipt of your order.
Please inform us of your intention to return by sending an email to customercare@casa-nata.com. We will send you an RAN# (Return authorization number). You will need to cover the cost of shipping your casa nata purchase back to us, by using following shipping address: casa nata OHG, Return service, Elvirastr. 12, 80636 Munich, Germany. All returned orders must include a copy of your invoice with the RAN# noted on it.
The item should be returned unworn and in perfect condition, with all casa nata and designer garment tags still attached. It must include all original packing material, such as dust bag, customer card, and original box. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels, may not be accepted and may be send back tot he custormer. Your order will need to arrive to us within 14 days from the date you received it.
Orders outside of Europe:
All orders are final, as we are unable to accept returns at this time.
Refunds:
All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Please know that refunds can take up to 14 working days to show on your account, due to varying processing times between payment providers.
casa nata does not accept returns on any items purchased from any retailer other than casa-nata.com.
