casa nata x Coco loves Clay | SCENTS OF INDIA

COLLABORATION

Casa nata founder and designer Carolin Sangha has teamed up with ceramic artist Coco Pelger to develop a special scented candle in four different fragrances. The fragrances reflect the diversity of India, the desert, the tropics, the mountains and the big city. In her home country of India, Carolin not only finds inspiration in colours and shapes, but also in the many different scents that reflect the life and nature of the subcontinent. Coco, who produces unique objects made of porcelain and clay under her label Coco loves Clay, has created a cup for the candles made of thin-cast porcelain, each of which is glazed in a different colour on the inside. The shape of the cup is derived from a typical Indian drinking cup, which is usually made of stainless steel or copper. In India, it is a daily utensil for drinking water and chai.
